The Spark of an Idea
A few years ago, we found ourselves in jobs that, while stable, didn't offer much in terms of fulfillment or financial reward. We heard about third-party assembly services and thought, "Why not give it a try?" With little knowledge but a lot of determination, we decided to venture into this new field.
Laying the Foundation
Not knowing where to start, we turned to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for guidance. Their resources and counseling sessions were invaluable as we navigated the complexities of starting a business. With their help, we established our LLC and began laying the groundwork for what would become Better Than Your Best Assembly Services.
Facing the Challenges
One of our earliest projects was assembling a playset on what felt like the hottest day in Jacksonville. Despite our experience in assembly service business, we had never tackled a full playset before, especially under such extreme conditions. The heat was overwhelming, and at times, we thought we might not make it through the day. But what kept us going was the sight of children eagerly peeking out the window, waiting patiently for us to finish. Their excitement and anticipation fueled our determination.
A Rewarding Moment
When we finally completed the assembly, seeing the children's faces light up with joy was priceless. Their happiness made all the challenges worthwhile and reinforced our belief in the path we had chosen.
